PointCab Support & Maintenance
The PointCab support, maintenance and update service package includes:
- Automatic free updates in the case of software revisions and new versions
- Bugfix and SDK support
- 4 x 45 minutes for support and maintenance, including training in the software
- 15 minutes for setting up the link per Teamviewer app
Please note: The support contract is valid for 12 months and will be renewed for one year unless it is cancelled at least one month before expiration.
