FARO Scene is a software for simple and efficient processing and management of scan data. On the one hand, these can originate from a FARO laser scanner Focus or the hand-held scanner FARO Freestyle. On the other hand, point clouds and also survey data in other formats can be imported. The Scene software enables the registration of scan data, automatic object recognition (e.g. reference spheres, targets) as well as automatic or manual scan registration and positioning of color or black and white scans.

After successful registration of the scan data, FARO Scene offers both numerous functions for measuring in the scan data, 3D visualization, meshing (triangle meshing) and various export options for different point cloud and CAD formats in which you can subsequently further analyze and process your data. With the free Scene2go app, you also get the ability to share your scan project with any project partner without them having to install any software.
